Ace Your Ads: Multi-Platform Ads Management and Training
Getting most of your clients from referrals and realizing you can't really grow past $250k/year with that method?

Option 1:
I manage ads for a handful of carefully selected clients. This is a premium service, and requires an application and conversation with me. Let's see if we're a good fit, and if your business is ready for a marketing partner.
Option 2:
Let me teach you to fish (or a team member). If you've built a business on referrals, or just aren't getting the results you'd like from your ads, then let's consider a six-month program where I get you set up for 3 months, and then we train you or a team member to take over... In the first 3 months, I set up your tracking and marketing, including ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (including YouTube). Then we'll run tests and get the ads and funnels converting at a benchmark that works for your business.
After the first 90 days, we'll spend another 90 days training your team to take over the ads management.
At the end of the program you can choose to maintain a consulting relationship with me for monthly calls and emergency support.
For most Expert businesses, the expense of an ads management partner is simply not necessary. You likely don't need complicated ad campaigns or sales funnels. During this intensive day with Penny, you will:
